Biography
Eric Paul is a writer, musician, and educator from Providence, Rhode Island. He was the lyricist and vocalist for the bands Arab On Radar, The Chinese Stars, Doomsday Student, and currently, Psychic Graveyard. Eric has released three volumes of poetry and lyrics: A Suitcase Full of Dirt (Tolsun Books), I Offered Myself As The Sea, and A Popular Place To Explode (Heartworm Press). In 2017, he received the Rhode Island State Council for the Arts Fellowship Award in Poetry.
Eric holds a B.A. in Philosophy from Rhode Island College and an M.F.A. in Creative Writing from Fairleigh Dickinson University. His work has appeared in New York Observer, Impose Magazine, Ninth Letter, The Volta, Greensboro Review, Lunch Ticket, Ocean State Review, Booth, and Pleiades.
He is a Lecturer in the Arts & Creative Industries Program at Bryant University.
